    Online Purchase Terms and Conditions

    Mode of Receiving 

    You may request for "home delivery" or opt for "pick up" at any of our pharmacies located in NHG Polyclinics

    Delivery and Pick Up Policy

    1. Home Delivery

    Your order will be delivered anytime during the agreed time slot.  Our courier will send an SMS to notify you on the delivery.  We are unable to advise on the exact arrival time and neither can we leave your purchase in the riser or at the door gate, as you are required to acknowledge receipt of your order upon delivery. 

    Delivery is restricted to locations in mainland Singapore only. If we are unable to deliver on your preferred date or time, we will call you to re-arrange.  There will be an additional charge of $15 for delivery to Tuas, Changi Airfreight, PSA, Loyang or locations with restricted access.  We do not deliver to offshore islands and overseas.     

    2. Pick Up at NHG Pharmacy Branches

    If you have chosen to pick up your order at our pharmacy, you will receive email to notify you that the order is ready for pick up.  A follow-up call or email will be sent to remind you of the pick up if you did not collect within three days after the first notification.  For order not pick up after the grace period of five working days, we will treat it as "uncollected" and there will be no refund of the purchase.

    * There are no delivery services on Sundays, public holidays and eve of these major public holidays – Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year.  
    ** Our pharmacies are open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and on Saturday, from 8.30am to 12.30pm (close on Sunday & public holidays). 
    Please call 6355 3000 (Contact Centre, Mon - Fri: 8am to 4.30pm, Sat: 8am to 12.30pm) to check opening hours of eves of public holidays.

    3. Delivery Charges

    Nett Purchase (include GST, exclude medicine)

    ( a minimum purchase of $50 is required for delivery)

    $100 and above 

    FREE 

    There is no administrative charge for 'pick up' orders. 
     
    Delivery  fee will be charged based on the purchase amount, after deduction of 'promo code' discount or any other discount.
     
    NHG Pharmacy reserves the right to charge additional delivery fee of $10.90:

    • For subsequent trip(s) made, if the recipient is not available at mutually agreed delivery time to receive the purchase.
    • For unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or invalid address provided. 

    Please ensure that an authorised recipient is present at the delivery address during the agreed time slot / day to receive the purchase.  

    4. Acknowledgement of Order / Pick Up of Order

    • Please present the order receipt to our retail staff at the pharmacy.
    • If you wish to authorise someone to pick up on your behalf, please call 6250 5372 (Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm) or email to customers@pharmacy.nhg.com.sg to notify us.

    Home Delivery  

    • Please check all products delivered before signing on the delivery document. 
    • If you find any damaged or missing item at time of delivery, please provide the details on the delivery document or call 6250 5372 / 6340 2300 (Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm). 
    • Inform the delivery personnel about the damaged or missing item.
    • Signed delivery document will serve as an official acknowledgement that you have received your purchase in order and in good condition.  

    5. Stock Availability

    If any of the products you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you through email or call you.

    6. Confirmation of Order 
    NHG Pharmacy Online Shopping purchases are strictly for personal use or consumption only.  We reserve the right to reject any order intend for resale or wholesale purposes. Should we require any clarification on your order, we will contact you via email. 

    Payment Policy 

    1. Pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard only) or PayNow (QR pay) via secured payment gateway.  You will receive a confirmation email when payment is successful.

    2. Please keep the emails and order receipt for reference till you receive your order.

    3. NHG Pharmacy will not be responsible or liable for any losses as a result of unauthorised access to your personal and transactional information you provided during an order. 

    4. Once payment is made, any cancellation of order will be subjected to an administrative charge of $15

    Pricing and Promotion Policy 

    1. All prices shown are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of prevailing GST. 

    2. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. All promotion offers are subject to availability and on while-stock-last basis. 

    3. Other in-store promotions such as Customer Loyalty Rewards and Senior Shoppers Rewards will not be applicable for online purchase. 

    4. NHG Pharmacy strives to provide correct and complete information about the products shown on this website. However, we will not be held liable for any inaccuracy or error on this website. If there is an error in the price or information of the product you have bought, we will contact you. 

    Exchange and Refund Policy 

    1. Exchange / Refund of Defective Products 
    We value all our customers’ orders. Upon receiving each order, our retail staff will personally pick and check each product before delivery. Hence, you can be assured of the quality and condition of the products you have purchased. 
     
    Should you find any defective product, we will be glad to replace or arrange for an exchange to other item. If you choose to exchange to a higher value product and there is a price difference, we will inform you.  All requests wiill be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subjected to the company's approval.
     
    Medicine, nutritional feeds and hygiene-sensitive products sold are strictly non-returnable. 
      

    2. To arrange for an exchange or refund, 

    • please call 6250 5372 or send an email to customers@pharmacy.nhg.com.sg.
    • the order receipt with the product must be presented within seven working days at mutually agreed branch.
    • item returned must be in good, original and saleable condition with original manuals and any accessories that come with it.   

    Note that we will take about four weeks to complete the refund. Refund will be credited to customer's  bank account.
