Directions
STEP 1
Place the sticky side of the disc directly over the centre of the callus. Remove the backing film marked “Step 1” and place the centre (adhesive side down) over the disc with the narrower side pointing toward your toes.

STEP 2
Remove the backing film marked “Step 2”, remove the blue tab, and firmly smooth down the adhesive edge.
