Directions
STEP 1 Your shoe’s current insoles are probably removable – take them out first.
STEP 2 Place the insole into the shoe to test for size; trim, if needed, using your casual sneaker insole as a guide.
STEP 3 Line up the heel of the insole with the back of the casual sneaker.
Replace insoles after six (6) months or after the first signs of wear.
