Cold & flu symptoms

• Children 5 to 12 years - 15ml (1 tablespoon), 2 times per day
• Children 2 to 4 years – 7.5ml (1/2 tablespoon), 2 times per day.
• Best taken at first sign of cold and flu – within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms.

Daily boost

• Support healthy immune function during the cold and flu season or when immunity is weakened:
• Children 5 to 12 years - 15ml (1 tablespoon), once a day
• Children 2 to 4 years – 7.5ml (1/2 tablespoon), once a day.
