    Directions
    Take 1 tablet 1/2 hour before bedtime/prior to boarding the plane before long flights.

    Melatonin 3mg (Pharmaceutical grade from 100% non-animal source. Not derived from bovine/beef pineal gland.)

    Cautionary Instructions
    Store below 30°C. Store in refrigerator after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
