    Alchemy Fibre™️ For Rice is a patented, plant-based fibre blend that is made specifically to be used with rice. When added to white rice during the cooking process, Alchemy Fibre™️ For Rice helps to reduce the glycemic index (GI) of white rice, while increasing the fibre content to 10x that of white rice. Alchemy Fibre for Rice does not change the taste, texture or appearance of rice so you can continue to enjoy the taste of fluffy white rice.

    Alchemy Fibre™ For Rice is a soluble, plant-based fibre powder that dissolves to form a protective layer around the rice endosperm in your gut. It slows down the digestion rate of high GI white rice to that of brown rice, which means a slower glucose release. White rice cooked with Alchemy Fibre™️ For Rice is medium GI, which is the same range as that of brown rice. White rice cooked with Alchemy Fibre™ also provides 10x fibre of regular white rice for a healthier gut. Better yet, the white rice retains its taste and fluffy texture that most of us are familiar with.

    Directions

    1. Wash and drain rice. Add water as per usual cooking procedure.
    2. For every one cup of rice (150g), add 1 heaped tablespoon (15g) of Alchemy Fibre For Rice. Stir well to dissolve the powder.
    3. Cook as normal.
