Directions
Recommended for adults 18 years and above, 1 tablet a day dissolved in a glass of water. Take daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Best taken in the morning.

Does not contain caffeine or artificial stimulants. Contains aspartame and is suitable for diabetics.
Cautionary Instructions
Keep tube tightly closed and protect from heat and moisture. Do not use if seal around cap is missing or broken. Keep the tube tightly closed in a cool dry place. Store below 25˚C. This product should not be taken by patients with phenylketonuria since the product contains a source of phenylalanine (aspartame). Patients receiving other single vitamins or multivitamin preparations, any other medication or those under medical care, or are pregnant, breastfeeding or on a controlled sodium diet should consult a health care professional before taking this product.
