Direction
STEP 1 Select the shoe size on the bottom of the insole
(M for men, W for women, B for Boys, G for Girls).
STEP 2 Trim insoles along appropriate guidelines with sharp scissors.
STEP 3 Insert into the shoe with the cloth side up.
Replace every six (6) months or at first signs of wear.
