Directions
For one 230ml serving, pour 185ml of boiled water at room temperature in a glass. Gradually add 6 levelled scoops (scoop is included in the can) or 60.6g of Ensure Life powder. Stir and shake thoroughly to dissolve.

Cautionary Instructions
Store unopened pouch at room temperature. Opened pouch should be covered and stored in a cool and dry place, but not under refrigeration. Once the pouch is opened, use contents within the following 3 weeks. Reconstituted Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Not for use in galactosemia. Not intended for use in children unless recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. Not for intravenous use.
