Directions

• Recommended dose for iron deficiency in children over 12 years old, adutls and pregnancy:  1 capsule daily for 1 to 2 months. 
• Recommended dose for iron deficiency with reduced number of red blood cells in children over 12 years old and adults: 1-3 capsules once daily or in divided doses. Take 1 capsule daily for several weeks after normalization of red blood cells count. This will replenish the iron stores.
• Recommened dose for iron deficiency with reduced number of red blood cells in pregnancy: 2-3 capsules once daily or in divided doses. Take 1 capsule daily till, at least, end of pregnancy, This is replenish the iron stores and provide increased amount of iron required during pregnancy. 

Check with your doctor or healthcare professional if unsure. Take the medicine with food. The capsule should be swallowed whole.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains Iron (III) Hydroxide Polymaltose Complex equivalent to elementsl iron 100mg. The other ingredients are Lactose monohydrate, Purified talc, Colliodal anhydrous silica, Sodium starch glycolate, Magnesium stearate, Capsule shell (titanium dioxide, carmoisine, Sunset Yellow FCF, patent blue V, gelatin, purified water).

Cautionary Instructions
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to iron (III) hydroxide polymaltose complex or any other ingredients of the capsule. Common side effects include stool discolouration, diarrhoea, nausea, constipation and stomachache. Stop the medicine and consult a doctor if you feel unwell after taking the medicine.
