Directions
For children under 5 years: 1 softgel daily.
For children over 5 years: 1-2 softgels daily.
For adults: 2-4 softgels daily.
For pregnant and lactating women: 1-3 softgels daily.
Small and easy to swallow softgels while still consisting clinically relevant amount of DHA.
Softgel can be pierced and the liquid added to food if this is preferred.

One vegetarian softgel (500mg) provides: pure DHA (from marina algal [DHAid]) 200mg

Cautionary Instructions
Store between 10˚C – 28˚C to maintain optimum potency and shelf life. Best kept refrigerated. Keep out of reach of children.
