Directions
1 - 2 capsules before meal on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.
For intensive use: Take 2 capsules before meals 2 to 3 times a day. For Children, take half of adult dosage.

Ingredients
One capsule provides: Premium Proprietary Synbiotic Blend - Active Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Fructooligosaccharies (FOS).
