Enjoy a cup of warming ginger tea by adding half teaspoon (1g) Ginger powder in boiled water or simply replace ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder for each tablespoon of fresh grated ginger as a substitute in your cooking recipes.
Recommended intake: ½ to 1 tsp (1g – 3g) a day.
