- Delivery Time Slots :
- Mon to Fri : between 9am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm
or 7pm - 10pm
- Sat : 9am - 1pm.
- Minimum order of $50 is required for delivery to be arranged.
- There is no delivery service on Sunday, Public Holidays, and eves of major Public Holidays.

Our Exchange/Refund Policy - Health Products
- We value all our customers’ orders. Upon receiving each order, our retail staff will personally pick and check each product before delivery. Hence, you can be assured of the quality and condition of the products you purchase.
- However, should you find any defective product, we will be glad to replace or exchange the item. If you choose to exchange to a higher value product and there is a price difference, we will inform you.
- Items returned must be in good, original and saleable condition.
- Medicine, fridge items, nutritional feeds, special order items and products which may present hygienic concerns such as needles or syringes are strictly non-returnable.
- We reserve the right to reject any order intend for resale or wholesale purpose. When we have doubt about your order, we will call or notify you through email.
