You may request for "delivery (minimum order of $50)" or opt for "self-collect" at any of our seven pharmacies in NHG Polyclinics.

1. Home Delivery
Your order will be delivered anytime during the agreed time slot. Our courier will send an SMS to notify you on the delivery. We are unable to advise on the exact arrival time and neither can we leave your purchase in the riser or at the door gate, as you are required to acknowledge receipt of your order upon delivery. Delivery is restricted to locations in mainland Singapore only. If we are unable to deliver on your preferred date or time, we will call you to re-arrange. There will be an additional charge of $15 for delivery to Tuas, Changi Airfreight, PSA, Loyang or locations with restricted access. We do not deliver to offshore islands and overseas.
2. Self-Collection
If you have chosen to pick up your order at our pharmacy, our staff will contact you once your order is ready for collection. A follow-up call or email will be sent to remind you of the collection if you did not collect within three days after the first notification. For order not collected after the grace period of seven days (one week), we will treat it as "uncollected" and there will be no refund of the purchase.

** Our pharmacies are open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm and Saturday, from 8.30am to 11.30am (closed on Sunday & public holidays).

Delivery fee will be charged based on the final transaction value after deduction of 'promo code' discount or redemption of Happy Rewards discount.
NHG Pharmacy reserves the right to charge additional delivery fee of $8.55 :
- for subsequent trip(s) made, if the recipient is not available at mutually agreed delivery time to receive the purchase,
- for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect / invalid address provided.
Extra charges to be paid in cash only, to the delivery personnel upon delivery.
If you request for express* delivery, there will be an additional charge of $20, on top of the $12 delivery fee imposed on orders below $150.

- Acknowledgement / Collection of Order
Self-collection
- Please present the confirmation email to our retail staff at the pharmacy.
- If you wish to authorise someone to collect on your behalf, please call 6235 6190 or email to feedback@pharmacy.nhg.com.sg to notify us.
Home Delivery
- Please check all products delivered before signing on the delivery document.
- If you find any damaged or missing item at time of delivery, please provide the details on the delivery document or call 6340 2300 / 6235 6190.
- Inform the delivery personnel about the damaged or missing item.
- Signed delivery document will serve as an official acknowledgement that you have received your purchase in order and in good condition.
- Stock Availability
If any of the products you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you through email or call you.
- Confirmation of Order
NHG Pharmacy Online Shopping purchase is strictly for personal use or consumption only. We reserve the right to reject any order intend for resale or wholesale purposes. When we have doubt about the order, we will contact or notify you through email.

- Pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard only), internet banking or PayNow via secured payment gateway. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment if you pay online by credit card or internet banking.
- PayNow
An order confirmation email with a transaction code will be sent to you on the next working day, upon reconciliation with our finance department.
- Please keep the emails for reference till you receive your order.
- NHG Pharmacy will not be responsible or liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to your personal and transactional information you provided during an order.
- Once payment is made, any:
- cancellation of order will be subjected to an administrative charge of $15 or 20% of purchase amount (whichever is higher and regardless of purchase amount).
- change in order will be subjected to an administrative fee of $5. There will be no refund of the balance if the value of the item you want to change to is of a lower value. You are required to pay the difference if the item you decide to change to is of a higher value.

- All prices shown are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
- Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. All promotion offers are subject to availability and on while-stock-last basis.
- Other in-store promotions such as Customer Loyalty Rewards and Senior Shoppers Rewards will not be applicable for online purchase.

- Exchange / Refund of Defective Products
We value all our customers’ orders. Upon receiving each order, our retail staff will personally pick and check each product before delivery. Hence, you can be assured of the quality and condition of the products you have purchased.
Should you find any defective product, we will be glad to replace or arrange for an exchange to other item. If you choose to exchange to a higher value product and there is a price difference, we will inform you.
Medicine, nutritional feeds and hygiene-sensitive products sold are strictly non-returnable.

- the original receipt with the product must be presented within seven working days at mutually agreed branch.
- item returned must be in good, original and saleable condition with original manuals and any accessories that come with the item.
Note that we will take about four weeks to complete the refund. For all payment modes, refund will be credited to customer's bank account.
