- What are the delivery time slots available?
For Monday to Friday, there are three delivery time slots available for selection. For Saturday, there are two delivery time slots available for selection.
Do note that there is no delivery service on Sunday and Public Holiday.

- Is there any charge for home delivery?
Our medication delivery service is charged at $4 per service*. We do not deliver to offshore islands and overseas.
* Home delivery fee is currently waived till further notice.

- What is the minimum amount I have to order?
There is no minimum amount for each medicine request.

- I have a valid prescription from another hospital or other healthcare institutions; can I make use of this online prescription service?
Our medication delivery service is only for NHGP prescriptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide medication delivery service for external prescriptions (i.e. prescriptions prescribed from other public healthcare institutions or general practitioners)
For external prescriptions, you may collect the medication(s) by presenting the physical prescription at our pharmacy reception counters.

- Can I request for medicine for minor ailments through the online portals?
No. We are unable to supply short-term medications that are usually prescribed for short-term use, without a physical reassessment by a doctor.

- I need a top up my long term medicine (I have run out of them OR I am unable to come back on my appointment date), can I request for the top up on this online portal?
You may submit your medication top-up request via HealthHub. However, do note that the request will be directed to the doctor for approval, and is dependent on the assessment of the patient’s medication history.

- Can I get my children or relative to order my medications online for me?
Yes, you may get someone else to order on your behalf. On HealthHub, you will have to grant consent to the requestor to be listed under dependents. After doing so, the requestor can then proceed to submit the medication request on your behalf.

If I am a patient of Hougang Polyclinic, can I submit my medication delivery request to other polyclinics?
No. The original electronic prescription resides with the issuing polyclinic. Any medication refill requests will have to be directed back to the issuing polyclinic for their review.

Will I receive a confirmation notification after placing my order?
For medication delivery requests sent on HealthHub, the requestor will receive an email notification, detailing of the submitted request, in the provided email address.
Our staff will contact you by the next working day if any clarification is needed.

What if the items that I received seem to have been damaged or tampered with?
You are advised to check on the condition of the package(s) upon receipt of the item(s). If there are signs of damage or tampered seals for home delivered items, do inform our delivery personnel immediately and return the package(s) to them. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible for a follow-up.

What if my doctor changes my dosages or medicine and I still have some of the medicine ordered online, can I return the balance medicine?
For safety and hygiene reasons, medicine sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
