Directions
Mouth Wash: Gargle gently with 10ml to 15ml of Chlor-Rinse for up to 30 seconds. For the liquid in between your teeth and swirl around your gums before spitting out. Do not dilute or swallow. Use morning and night after meals or as directed by your dentist.
Throat Gargle: Gargle gently with 10ml to 15ml of Chlor-Rinse for up to 30 seconds. Ensure liquid reaches area of throat which feels sore or where ulcers are located before spitting out. Do not dilute or swallow. Repeat every four hours and consult your doctor, dentist or pharmacist if symptoms persist.

Cautionary Instructions
Do not dilute of swallow. Keep out of reach of children. All chlorhexidines mouth rinses may cause staining of teeth after prolonged usage. These stains can be removed by your dentist.
