Hold your baby securely in your arms wihle using. Supporting your baby with one hand, hold the nose cleaner in the other hand and insert the tip of the nose cleaner nozzle into your baby's nostril. Start by suctioning slowly and adjust as needed.

Cautionary Instructions
Always use this product with adult supervision. Do not insert the nozzle deeply into the nostril. Do not compress the bulb suddenly; doing so may damage the mucus membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
