Take 2 tablets per day with a meal.
Ingredients
Each serving (2 tablets) contains: Calcium (as dicalcium carbonate) 500mg, vitamin c (as ascorbic acid) 60mg, magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 50mg, vitamin A (acetate and betacarotene) 2500IU, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 1.5mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.7mg, vitamin B3 (niacin niacinamide) 10mg, vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) 5mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 2mg, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 6mcg, vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 400IU, vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 30IU, vitamin K (phytonadione) 25mcg, folic acid 400mcg, biotin 30mcg, iron (ferrous fumarate) 18mg, zinc (oxide) 15mg, selenium (sodium selenate) 20mcg, copper (cupric oxide) 2mg, chromium (as chromium chloride) 120mcg, manganese (manganese sulfate) 2mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose.
