For National Healthcare Group (NHG) Polyclinic Patients Only

Note: By using this service, you agree that NHG Pharmacy may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this website, to a third party vendor, for the purpose of providing medications delivery service, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy.

Ordering Procedure

  1. Enter the patient's and contact person's (if any) information correctly in the mandatory fields.
  2. You may purchase the medicine on behalf of the patient, simply key in the necessary details.
  3. Please enter the quantity you require if you are purchasing:
    • Eye drops, creams or ointments
    • Nasal drops
    • Sprays
    • Enemas
    • Oral gel
    • External lotions
    • Inhalers
    • Insulin injections
    • Suppositories
    • Pessaries
    • Glyceryl trinitrate tablets
    • Oral mixtures (including thymol gargle and mouthwash)
  4. Click SUBMIT to proceed with your purchase. An email consisting of the summary of your ordered items will be sent to you upon submission. Please keep the email for reference.
  5. All medicines sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  6. Controlled drugs are not applicable for online order.

Choice of Payment

You may make payment via: 

  1. Internet Banking,
  2. AXS Machine,
  3. Cheque, or
  4. At any of our NHG Polyclinics

If you have previously signed up for the use of Medisave at any of NHG Polyclinics, please inform our staff if you would like to claim Medisave for your medicines.

Our staff will contact you to advise on the amount payable.

NOTE: We are unable to accept cash payment at the moment.

Processing of Order

  1. Do allow up to 1 working day for our pharmacist to check the availability of the medicines.
  2. Our staff will call you to:
    • inform you the total amount for your purchase
    • make arrangement for your collection
  3. If you have opted for home delivery:
    • ensure that an authorised recipient is present at the delivery address during the agreed time slot / day to receive the purchase.
    • there will be no delivery on Sunday, public holidays, eve of major public holidays (Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year)
    NHG Pharmacy reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees:
    • for subsequent trip(s) made, if the recipient is not available at mutually agreed delivery time to receive the purchase
    • for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect / invalid address provided
    • extra charges to be paid in cash only, to the delivery personnel upon delivery.
  4. If you have opted for pick up at locker:
    • ensure that a valid mobile phone number is provided in the online order so that SMS notifications and locker access PIN can be sent
    • ensure that your order does not include medicines which requires fridge storage
    NHG Pharmacy reserves the right to charge additional service fees:
    • for re-arrangement of locker service, if the recipient does not pick up the medicines within the stipulated time frame
    • for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect / invalid mobile phone number provided
  5. For self-collection:
    • please bring a copy of the confirmation email, proceed to queue counter at the pharmacy and inform our staff that you have placed an order online to refill your medications.
    • Collection Days/Time                   :  Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 4.00pm
      (except Public Holidays)                  Sat, 8.30am to 11.30pm
    • For collection hours on eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year, please call 6355 3000 to check.

Acknowledgement of Order

  1. Upon delivery/pick up from locker, please check that the pack of medicines is sealed and has not been tampered with.
  2. For home delivery, inform our delivery personnel if the package show signs of tampering and return the medicines to him. Our staff will call you for follow-up actions.
  3. For locker pick up, keep the package and contact our staff immediately. Our staff will advise you on the follow-up actions.
  4. Please check all the medicines delivered as soon as possible.
  5. If you find any opened, damaged or missing item, please indicate "opened/"damaged"/"missing" on the tax invoice, along the line of the affected item.
  6. Underline the item and write down the number of 'missing quantity', if applicable.
  7. Call 6355 3000 or email to feedback@pharmacy.nhg.com.sg, our staff will follow up with you.
