NOTE: By using the prescription filling service on HealthHub, you agree that NHG Pharmacy may collect, use and disclose your personal data as provided to a third party for the purpose of providing medications delivery service, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy.

Ordering Procedure

Select ‘Medication refill’ on HealthHub App.


  1. Our medication delivery service is applicable for patients who have a valid or balance supply of uncollected prescribed medications from National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP).  
  2. Please submit your medication delivery request at least 1 week before your medication runs out, to ensure that there is sufficient supply at home to allow for delivery lead time.
  3. All medicine sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Choice of Payment

You may pay by 

    • PayNow
    • AXS Machine
    • At any of the respective clinics in NHGP 

NOTE: Medisave (if selected) will be applied accordingly for the payment of eligible medications. Do note that the use of Medisave sign-up should have been previously done at our NHG Polyclinics.

Processing of Order

  1. Do allow at least one working day for our staff to process your request.
  2. Our staff may contact you if your request requires more clarification.

Receiving Your Order

  1. If you have requested for home delivery: 
    • ensure that an authorised recipient is present at the delivery address during the arranged date and time slot to receive the medicine. 
    • there is no delivery service on Sunday and public holiday.
  2. NHG Pharmacy reserves the right to impose charges for re-delivery: 
    • if the recipient is not available at mutually agreed delivery time to receive the medicine
    • for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or invalid address provided
  3. For self-collection: 
    • please proceed to reception counter at the pharmacy and inform our staff that you have placed an order online to purchase your medications.
    • Collection Day / Time : 
      - Mon to Fri, 8am to 4.30pm (except Public Holiday)
      - Sat, 8am to 12.30pm

Acknowledgement of Order

  1. Upon delivery, please check that the parcel is sealed and has not been tampered with.
  2. If there are signs of tampering, inform our delivery personnel and return the parcel to him or her. Our staff will call you for follow-up actions.
  3. Please check through all the medicine delivered as soon as possible and highlight any discrepancies to the pharmacy within three working days. If you are not the intended recipient, please also inform our delivery personnel and return the parcel to him or her. Do not open the parcel. Our staff will follow up as soon as possible.
  4. Should you need any assistance, please call NHG Polyclinics Contact Centre at 6355 3000.
