• We will provide you with an official quote.

To place or confirm order

• Simply sign on the quotation or send us a purchase order.
• We accept transactions on GEBiz and Vendors@gov.
• Depending on the products and amount purchase, you may be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit or make full payment upon confirmation, before delivery or collection of your order.

Payment 

Credit term of 30 days (subject to agreement) PayNOW Internet banking Cheque. with payee as “NHG Pharmacy”

Receiving mode

• We offer free delivery with $180 (with GST) purchase or $10.90 delivery fee will apply.
• You may also collect your order at any of our pharmacies located in these NHG Polyclinics – Ang Mo Kio, Geylang, Hougang, Kallang, Sembawang, Toa Payoh, Woodlands or Yishun.  
• Subject to stock availability, delivery will be within 14 to 21 working days from date of confirmation.  

Other terms and conditions

• There will be no cancellation of confirmed and full-paid order.
• Nutritional milk feeds and hygiene-sensitive products are strictly non-returnable.
