Directions
STEP 1 Wipe the inside of your shoes clean; remove plastic backing from insoles.
STEP 2 Look for marking to indicate left versus right insole.
STEP 3 Insert into appropriate shoe, lining up heel of insole with back of shoe.
Replace insoles after six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
