Directions
Flexiseq is applied twice daily, in the morning and the evening to the affected joint, using enough gel to evenly cover the soft tissue around the joint but not on the kneecap. A twice daily dose of 2.2g (about 7cm of gel). Allow it to dry before covering, drying should take no longer than 10 minutes. If drying taking longer than this, just use a little less gel next time.

Aqua, Phosphatidylcholine (active ingredient), alcohol, glycerin, carbomer, polysorbate 80, disodium phosphate, sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, linalool, disodium EDTA, sodium phosphate, sodium metabisulfite, BHT.
Cautionary Instructions
Flexiseq is for external use only, avoid contact with the eyes. If the product does get in your eyes, rinse well with clean water immediately. Flexiseq should be stored between 8C-25C, once opened, use the product within three months.
