Rewards points will expire 12 months later, from the day you earn the points. Expired points will not be reinstated.
Cancel or Refund Order
When you redeem your Rewards points, we will immediately deduct from your account. We will not credit the points back to your account if you choose to cancel or request to refund (either full or partial) an order.
Rewards points are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable to other member’s account.
