    Directions
    Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily with meal. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water and drink immediately.

    Ingredients
    Each effervescent tablet contains: Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate (providing elemental zinc 10mg) 27.58mg.

    Cautionary Instructions
    Not recommended for persons with phenylketonuria (contains aspartame). Store in a dry place below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
