    Directions
    Slip it on the ankle and put the gel area in the correct position.
    Remove the product once daily for a few minutes.

    This gel material is oil-based, and is safe to wear. This gel is non-toxic, non-allergenic.  Avoid direct contact with open wounds. It is best to replace the product after an extended period of use, as the gel may harden over time.  If you have allergic or sensitive skin, consult with your physician or podiatrist before using this product.

    Washing instructions: hand wash and air dry, then spread with talcum powder.  Do not machine dry.
