Directions

• Recommended for 12 years of age and up. One tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Dissolve the tablet in a glass of cold water to enjoy a healthy, refreshing drink.

Ingredients
Each effervescent tablet contains: 1000mg Vitamin C, 2333IU Vitamin A, 6.5mg Vitamin B6, 9.6μg Vitamin B12, 400IU Vitamin D, 45mg Vitamin E, 400μg Folic Acid, 10mg Zinc, 110μg Selenium, 900μg Copper, 5mg Iron.

Cautionary Instructions

• This product should not be taken by patients with phenylketonuria since the product contains a source of phenylalanine (aspartame). Patients receiving other single vitamins or multivitamin preparations, any other medication or those under medical care, or are pregnant, breastfeeding or on a controlled sodium diet should consult a health care professional before taking this product.
• Keep out of reach of young children.
