1) Slip on the wrist band on one hand and find your acupressure point: place your middle 3 fingers on the inside of wrist - with the edge of the 3rd finger, just below the first wrist crease; the acupressure point is located in-between the two wrist tendons. 2) Position the plastic stud facing inward over the acupressure point
