Directions
Shake well before use. Give to your child orally.
For children 4-10 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily.
For children 11-12 years: 2 teaspoons (10ml) daily.

Each serving (5ml) contains: vitamin A (667 IU) 200µg RE, vitamin D (as D3 400 IU) 10µg, vitamin E 5mg ⍺-TE, vitamin C 12mg, thiamine (vitamin B1) 0.7mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 0.8mg, niacin (vitamin B3) 8mg NE, vitamin B6 0.8mg, folic acid 100µg, vitamin B12 2.5µg, pantothenic acid 2mg, iron 5mg, zinc 4mg, copper 150µg, iodine 40µg
Cautionary Instructions
Recommended with or following a meal. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Some natural change in colour may occur after opening. Wash and dry the spoon thoroughly after use (not in a steam steriliser). Do not use if the bottle seal if broken on purchase. Store in fridge after opening and use within 6 weeks. Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. As with other food supplements, seek professional advice if your child is under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid disorder or suffers from food allergies. For allergens, see ingredients in bold on base of carton. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Any spillage should be wiped off your child’s skin. Store below 25˚C in a dry place, out of sight and reach of children. Keep tightly closed. After opening, store in fridge after opening and use within 6 weeks.
