Ingredients
Active ingredients per tablet: Biotin 900 microgram, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg, dl-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E)(as dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 5 mg, Selenium (as Sodium Selenite) 55 microgram, Zinc (as Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate) 13.5 mg.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water, or as directed by your health professional.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Adults only.

Each tablet contains 220mg Sodium and 153mg Potassium. Contains Sucralose.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Store below 25°C.
