Mepilex Ag is a version of Mepilex where silver has been added. Silver kills bacteria and might be used both for preventing infection and also on wounds with signs of local infection. Safetac adhesive makes sure that your dressing can be changed without damaging the wound or skin around it. This makes the dressing change as pain free as possible and also makes sure that the skin around your wound stays dry and healthy. Very soft and comfortable to wear. Typical wounds that are treated with Mepilex are: Burns (for preventing infection), Pressure ulcers (with signs of local infection), Leg ulcers (with signs of local infection)

Mepitel One is a thin, transparent dressing that conforms to the shape of your wound and should be used in combination with an outer absorbent dressing. Minimises pain during dressing changes. Minimises damage to the wound and the skin around the wound during dressing changes. Highly transparent meaning so that you can see the progression of the wound having to remove it. Low risk of skin irritation and allergy. Typical wounds that are treated with Mepitel One are: Skin tears, Skin abrasions, blistering and lacerations. Mepitel One can also be used as protective layer on superficial wounds that are not discharging and on areas of skin that is very fragile.
