    Directions
    Take 1 or 2 tablets everyday with water after meal or as directed by your doctor.

    Ingredients
    Each serving (1 tablet) contains: Elemental calcium 600mg, vitamin D3 500IU, manganese 1.75mg, magnesium 50mg, zinc 7.5mg, copper 0.5mg
    Each tablet contains calcium carbonate 1500mg (equivalent to 600mg elemental calcium)
